Our Story
Creative Service Partners is a family of Southeastern residential service brands established in 2022 - springing from our legacy brand, Creative MultiCare, after a non-control growth investment from Trivest Partners LP. Under this new umbrella, Creative MultiCare continues its successful operation as one of our flagship brands, while Creative Service Partners explores opportunities to acquire and integrate residential service companies into our growing portfolio.
We aim to support our best-in-class family of brands through a national network of resources while maintaining the heritage and identity of the local brand. We provide stability, career advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package to our local team members while providing owners financial compensation and the ability to choose their continued level of involvement once their business is sold.

Our Leadership
Founder & Chairman
Jamie Knight
Jamie founded Creative MultiCare in 1992 after recognizing a scalable market opportunity to capitalize on an underserved market segment and combine complementary service lines.
After growing Creative MultiCare to over 300 technicians performing over 165,000 jobs per year, Jamie founded Creative Service Partners with the purpose of building a best-in-class family of residential service brands.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Creative Service Partners - overseeing strategic planning and long term vision.
CEO
Dean Fulton
Dean joined Creative in January 2023 to help execute on the growth in residential services -leading the executive team, operational strategy and processes, marketing, recruiting, and acquisitions.
A 30+ year veteran of the home service industry, Dean is dedicated to helping team members become the best versions of themselves. He characterizes himself as a Christian, Husband, Father, Friend, and Leader.
In the early 90's, Dean helped start, and build Service Experts for 20 years. As COO and VP of Sales and Marketing, he helped build Hiller Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling into one of the largest privately held home service businesses in the country. Dean has now helped build multiple private equity backed consolidation efforts and continues to use his operational knowledge to serve the industry at all levels.

CFO
Justin Keebler
Justin joined Creative in 2020 to lead our fundraising, finance, IT and accounting functions.
A licensed CPA in the State of Georgia, Justin has over 16 years of both public and private accounting experience with companies like PwC, RSM, and Polk Group. He is experienced in IT/accounting solution implementations and previously worked as a CFO for multiple private-equity backed companies.
Outside of work, Justin is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Georgia Society of CPAs. He is also an enthusiastic tennis and golf player, as well as a loving husband/father to his wife and daughter.
Trivest is the oldest private equity firm in the Southeast U.S., founded in 1981, and focuses exclusively on founder and family-owned businesses.
